I.Steel and Aluminum Hybrid Floor Assemblies
Product Highlights
(1) Lightweight: Heterogeneous materials co-design, optimize the structure of the material transition zone through CAE, adopt high-strength steel (such as hot-forming steel, ultra-high-strength steel) in the key load-bearing zone, which is 30%-50% higher than traditional steel, and use low-density aluminum alloy in the non-load-bearing zone, which is 15%-20% lower than the all-steel program.
(2) Good connection performance: for steel and aluminum dissimilar metal welding difficulties, connection process innovation and multi-technology fusion of the connection program, according to different materials and body position selection of the appropriate connection process, in reducing the weight at the same time significantly improve the connection strength of steel and aluminum body.
(3) High corrosion resistance: steel is hot-dipped galvanized, aluminum alloy is anodized to form a double anti-corrosion barrier, salt spray resistance test can reach more than 1,000 hours, life expectancy is 20%-30% longer than ordinary floor.
(4) Short manufacturing cycle: the use of a variety of processes to produce products, the number of parts and processing procedures to reduce. Compared with the traditional stamping and welding process, the production efficiency can be increased several times, the production cycle can be shortened by about 50%, and the production efficiency is significantly improved.

II.Longitudinal Beam Assembly

(1) Combination of high strength and high toughness: the use of high strength steel mixed with thermoforming, thermoforming steel part can
